We are looking for an energetic, disciplined and self-motivated individual to work with one of the fastest growing venture funded startups in Enterprise space - Talview- as Inside Sales Executive. The location will be Bangalore.

Desired Skills and experience :

- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales in the International markets

- Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities

- Knowledge of sales and marketing including selling principles and methods in order to promote solutions effectively

- Passion for technology & Sales

- The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative, self driven and highly analytical.

- Excellent verbal and written skills.

- Maintains a robust monthly sales pipeline

- Meets and exceeds monthly/ quarterly sales activities and revenue targets

- Listens carefully and effectively processes complex customer requirements on both a business and technical standpoints

- Communicate customers - needs and issues to product management, marketing, and engineering teams

- Minimum 5+ Years in inside sales

- Managed a team for 2+ years

- Passion for Technology & Sales

- Interacting with International customers

- Experience in Performing outbound calls
