We are looking for an energetic, disciplined and self-motivated individual to work with one of the fastest growing venture funded startups in Enterprise space - Talview- as Inside Sales Lead Gen executive. The location will be Bangalore.

The Sales team is focused on our clients' and prospects- success with Digital Video Interviewing. Our Sales team is the revolutionary team ushering in new age recruitment technologies and changing the landscape of hiring process for the new generation.

Desired Skills and experience:

- Experience in Cold Calling & B2B selling in the International Sales

- Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities

- Knowledge of sales and marketing including selling principles and methods in order to promote solutions effectively

- The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative, self driven and highly analytical.

- Excellent verbal and written skills.

- Maintains a robust monthly sales pipeline

- Meets and exceeds monthly/ quarterly sales activities and revenue targets

- Listens carefully and effectively processes complex customer requirements on both a business and technical standpoints

- Communicate customers- needs and issues to product management, marketing, and engineering teams

Mandatory Skills:

- Minimum 0-1 Years in inside sales

- Experience in Performing outboud calls
