Designation : Sr Manager - OD &amp; Learning and Development Function/Group : Human Resources Experience : 7 - 12 Years Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Development and implementation of OD strategy and associated plans that support company strategies and values - Lead the ongoing provision of high quality and inspirational management and leadership development initiatives, including coaching and mentoring, that will enhance current and potential capability throughout the group - Identify appropriate training and development needs according to the business direction to formulate and implement training plan for the organization - Develop a structured approach to talent management and succession planning that offer effective development for the staff and ensure long term business continuity - Guide and support managers in the planning and implementation of change and organizational development initiatives liaising closely with the Head of HR as appropriate to achieve a successful shared outcome that has a positive and measurable impact on the business - Ensure understanding of workforce planning in the group, identify capability gaps, planning and providing for current and future learning and development needs that demonstrate value for money - Develop and maintain positive engagement with internal customers, building effective relationships and networks both within and externally to company as appropriate to support achievement of OD strategy and plans - Continuously develop the understanding, communication and embedding of a culture of positive performance management and people development as fundamental to business success - Devising a training strategy and managing the delivery of training and development programmes for the organisation - To prepare, monitor and control training budget - Lead the Tally Induction Program to ensure an excellent new hire experience and seamlessly integrate the new hires - Learning Solution design for business operations covering training needs analysis, training approach, content strategy, design &amp; development approach and delivery modes - Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with reporting - Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business - Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and implementing appropriate methodology - Create framework for training needs analysis covering business context, job roles and responsibilities, and training areas - Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions which includes both technical and non-technical trainings - Experience in design, create, and evaluating training materials, manuals or documentation
