Who are we looking for?
- Experience and understanding of B2B sales and sales management.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
- Experience of developing sales training content, building sales tools & programs is a plus.
What will you be doing?
- Ideate and create innovative, high impact, easy to use sales tools for partner sales teams such as sales videos, cue cards, byte size learning, demos facilitation guides, tips & tricks, etc.
- Curate e-learning content (SCROM and regular) for the new resource e-learning portal.
- Create useful learning support content for the e-learning platform such as quizzes, assessments, etc.
- Facilitate download sessions for field teams, gain adoption of the tools and collect feedback for improving the same.
- Assist the capability team in recording and disseminating benchmark practices observed in our partner network.
- Developing sales process training content in coordination with the COE team, for enabling partner teams.
- Periodically collect feedback, monitor trends, and keep the enablement content up to date.
