Execute proposal submissions, follow-up with regional managers. Monthly update with stakeholders on the status of projects. - Extensive Project Management skills leading to successful product launches. Maintain a detailed plan for all go-live activities. Continuous cross-functional collaboration for successful launches - Provide a detailed business outlook across all departments. Create multiple dashboards across all certifications and channels of business - Create detailed business dashboards across business, revenue and tracking multiple parameters as per requirements. Extensive analysis and data reporting techniques for better management decisions - Maintain and track breakeven information. Liaison with department heads and management to plan activities for business and achieve breakeven - Liaison with marketing for all product launch communications across social and partner channels
