We are looking for a Social Media Recruiter/brand custodian for Talent Staffing team of a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.

Education: MBA (Tier I/ II Institutes) - Mandatory

Job Purpose :

- Implement various initiatives across social media to support the Group's Employer Brand proposition. Develop and build group capability on lateral talent across all the services sector that the group operates in, mapping and identifying critical talent, monitor trends in this space to keep the portfolio ahead in the curve and add value to the businesses.

- Also to continue to develop and review Staffing policies so as to be contemporary and relevant to the Group and its businesses in India and Overseas.

Responsibilities :

Social Recruiting :

- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our employer brand and our content.

- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, with potential candidates and brand new audiences.

- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).

- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach passive candidates

- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

- To plan and facilitate post offer acceptance process, on boarding and induction for new hires as required

- To draft, rollout and track implementation of existing / new policies and process as required

- To benchmark and implement policies / practices in the area of Recruitment and Onboarding in order to identify and engage high quality talent and enhance the quality of hire for the Group.

- Additionally the incumbent will support VP TS with a focus on service industries such as telecom, Financial Services and Retail and keep the proactive mapping for the key critical functions in each of the company.

An active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices in order to strengthen the Employer Brand on the various social Media platforms and drive social recruiting in the Group with consistent messaging.

Salary Range: 10 - 17 LPA
