Talent Specialist
- Manage end to end sales force recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations, retention of existing employees, optimal use of early talent pipeline and engaging with candidates till on boarding.
- You will work across businesses to identify talent needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to recruit the talent.
- The role will also support Talent Management processes including succession planning, talent acceleration and Leadership development initiatives.
