We have a position open for Talent Relations Manager with one of Client in Hyderabad

Looking for a person who is having experience in Investigations, Compliance, Grievance handling, Redressal, Employee Relations etc.

Role:

- Makes recommendations to the Talent Relations and Compliance less experienced Talent professionals regarding complex cases

- Understands the challenges and issues of a specific FSS

- Resolves a wide range of TR&C issues in creative ways

- Able to understand complex problems and use judgment to make a recommendation that mitigates risk

- Builds productive internal and external working relationships and networks

- Makes decisions regarding own work often in ambiguous situations

- Makes recommendations regarding own team, functional area within a channel, department, program, or project

- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, receives general instructions on new assignments

Shift Timings - 9 am to 6 pm

Exp -10 to 15 yrs

Education - MBA

Location - Hyderabad

Compensation is not a constraint and will be the best in the industry.
