About our Client - Our client is a Europe-based Fortune 500 company and a leading player in the energy and gas segment. Over a 100 years old, it employs more than 40,000 employees today and generated annual revenues of $15 billion. With a strong focus on their India operations, they are currently looking for a manager to lead their talent management program.
Job Description - Reporting into the business HR Head, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the talent management program independently for 300 qualified engineers across India
- Building a robust performance management system and leading the L&D program based on the same
- Working closely with the business on competency mapping and competency development projects
- Managing multiple stakeholders (both internal and external ) for an efficient talent development framework
- Driving the international mobility options for the Indian employees
The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate will carry 8 years of experience and must have talent management exposure in a manufacturing /engineering environment for the last 4 years. You carry sound knowledge and practical experience of competency models, leadership models and L&D programs. You have excellent communication skills and must have worked with MNCs. You have a mature business perspective with a proven track record of designing systems and frameworks. Flexibility to travel 30% of the time across the country is required.
