Aurigo Global Development Center is located at Bangalore, India and is home to approximately 175 employees across product development, project delivery and level 2 support. Aurigo's business has been growing significantly and we are hiring across our offices in US, Canada and India to support the new business. We anticipate our team in Bangalore to double over the next 18 months. We are looking for a Talent Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, to ensure that Aurigo has the best minds working on its products and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee a team of recruiters and drive talent acquisition efforts.

- Ensure new hires are the right fit for the company culture.

- Administer consistent technology and product training initiatives for Aurigo talent.

- Represent the interest of the employees to the senior management of the Centre. We are not a body shop and don- t operate like one. You must have empathy for the team members.

- Ensure that every individual has the opportunity for career growth and a path forward to achieve it.

- Create robust communication forums and facilitate interactions amongst the employees and between the employees and the management on a regular basis.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 12- 15 years- experience as an HR Generalist with prior experience in in the technology sector, with proven ability of building a team.

- Startup experience is great to have. A blend of both start up and large multi-national corporation is even better.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the teams.

- A sound knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.

- A post graduate degree specializing in Human Resources from a premier institute (IIM / XLRI / FMS / SP Jain / JBIMS) is preferred.
