Qualification- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Years of Experience- 5-10 years in HR, with a strong focus on talent management
CTC- 15 to 20 LPA Only
Reporting- Head HR
Manpower Strength - 6k
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals
- Design and deliver performance management programs
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives
- Implement and manage the PMS
- Identify and implement HR business transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Provide HR support to managers and employees
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practice
QUALIFICATION:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Experience with PMS systems
- Experience with HR business transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
