4. Identify next gen leaders through Structured Talent Identification Process.
5. Identify successors for key & critical roles through Talent review process.
6. Lead development program for Identified STARS and high potential employees

1. Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with stakeholder management
2. Hands-on experience of implementing leadership development program
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving skills
Education Qualification:
MBA-HR with 8-10 Yrs of Experience
