Role :
Will lead the Talent Management Center of Excellence for the Business
- Assess, identify, and develop high performing talent, high potentials, and leaders to cater to the present and future needs of the business
- Responsible for strategizing, designing policies and guidelines related to Talent Management (leadership development, succession planning, talent segmentation, talent development, coaching and mentoring, career framework, competency framework, career management, talent mobility) for the Business and its Units
- Implement these policies in the business, and guide the Unit HR in implementing the aforementioned policies and processes in the Units
- Implement Group policies in the Business and Units, as designed by the Group COE
- The role holder is responsible for implement Talent Management initiatives and be responsible for talent governance across all levels in the businesses across the organization will also be co-managed by the Group.
Only Full time 2 Years regular degree course from premier HR or Institute like XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS/MDI/SIBM/XIMB need apply
Compensation range : 65 - 70 LPA INR
