We are looking for HR to handle Talent Management & Talent Development for leading clients in Mumbai
- HR Talent Management & Talent Development: MBA HR degree from Tier I HR Institute or Masters in Psychology with 6-12 years experience in developing, leading and driving the talent management processes and initiatives across the organisation
- Exposure to multi-cultural global & networked work environment & Strong Powerpoint & Excel skills are critical.
- Knowledge of financial/ knowledge services sector is desirable
- Experience in staff and leadership development design and delivery
- Ability to work on own initiatives without supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication, project management skills
- Experience in managing a training function independently
- Usage of various tools and metrics to understand and map talent as per competencies needed for the role
- Experience in conducting / participating Assessment Centres
- Proficient in usage of psychometric tools and 360 profilers
- Leading succession planning efforts for the Organization
- Good understanding of Talent development practices
- Experience of rolling out talent initiatives across hierarchies, resulting in building a strong leadership pipeline for the organisation
- Knowledge of PMS essential
- Candidates from Central Suburbs, Navi Mumbai and Thane location will be preferred
