Talent Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of a comprehensive HR transformation strategy aligned with the company's goals
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to establish a high-performance culture that embraces innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on all HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness. : programs effectiveness, reporting, dashboard, analysis
Talent Management and Capability Building:
- Design and implement competency-based frameworks for assessing, hiring, and rewarding employees, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals. (competency matrix design and implementation)
- Establish digital learning platforms and continuous development programs to enhance leadership, functional, technical, and behavioral competencies.
HR Digitization and Best Practices:
- Drive HR digitization initiatives, leveraging innovative technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of HR processes and systems.
