Scrabble has been mandated to hire Talent Management Specialist for an established yet fast-growing organization in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement talent management programs that focus on identifying, developing, and customizing career paths for employees.
2. Develop and execute succession plans to ensure that critical positions have multiple qualified candidates in a planned manner.
3. Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate a talent strategy and execute it on a calendar basis.
4. Lead the Talent Assessment program, which includes talent forums and links to other parts of the organization.
5. Conduct research and analysis to identify talent management trends and best practices.
6. Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality learning opportunities across the organization, both strategically and tactically.
7. Develop and execute Recognition Programs that align with the organization's priorities and purpose, and establish processes for creating a top-notch employee experience around recognition.
8. Internal communication and branding strategies are crucial components of the role, and putting them into action is a key responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate from Tier I B-School with 6+ years of experience in talent development/talent management
- Go getter attitude with a zeal for achieving results, looking at the bigger picture.
- Highly skilled in managing relationships.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Presentation skills.
- Confident and self-motivated, capable of independently completing assigned tasks.
