The ideal candidate will be a person who :
- Has Full time MBA qualification in Human Resources with
5 to 8 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Training & Development, Leadership development, Workforce Planning, Leadership hiring, undertake regular projects in Human Resources Department in the BU or in the cluster.
As Talent Manager leading Talent and Performance Management, along with Talent Acquisition (recruitment) and dedicated to deliver training expertise and administrative services to the organization
- Responsible for conceptualizing and designing the Talent Management process for the employees in the organization
- Responsible for designing the succession planning and management process
- Responsible for critical role identification for BU and identification of successors for them and facilitate discussions
Personality Skills :
- Business acumen - good understanding of the business processes.
- Has cross-functional HR knowledge especially in talent management, recruitment and organisation development.
- Has excellent people management skills
Location: Mumbai
Compensation : upto 25 lacs
