Key Result Areas Supporting Actions:
Support the design and execution of internal Development Assessment Centres:
- Assist in implementation of Development Assessment Centres with effective liaising with Line HR, participants, Line Managers, assessors and vendors, starting with ensuring participants meet defined eligibility criteria, completion of pre-DAC exercises, setting up of DAC material, handover to assessors and collecting and maintaining accurate documentary records.
- Use DAC analytics to plan development interventions.
- Follow through on Individual Development Plans. Track and drive completion of development journeys of all participants.
Talent Identification and Roll Out Leadership Development Programs:
- Assist and work closely with Head of Talent Management to identify key talent
- Program manage specific Leadership Development Programs at Junior and Middle Management
- Engage with participants to seek feedback, gauge program effectiveness.
Calendarize Talent Council and follow through for the MOM:
- Assist in planning and implementing talent councils.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure implementation of action plans
- Track career trajectory of key talent, participate in identifying career opportunities and transition support.
Support the roll-out of various Talent Management initiatives and talent analytics:
- Maintain the talent master data for ABCDL
- Create dashboards and insightful reports
- Support in interventions around succession planning etc
Talent Connect:
- Facilitate talent conversations between leadership team and key talent across levels
- Engage directly with talent in middle management and below levels
Bring all insights from Engagement Surveys and share with the Function Heads:
- Assist in implementing employee engagement survey including action planning
- Assist the Head Talent Management by Analysing results and deep dive with Function Heads and their respective teams
