- Support in strategic initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for critical positions
- Support in Leadership and critical talent assessment and development centers
- Support in end-to-end IDP and career management of critical top talent in organization
- Strengthen IJP process in the organization
2. Succession Planning
- Support in identification of critical roles across organization
- Support in creating and managing IDPs for successor for critical roles
- Maintain dashboard and proactively manage the succession transitions for the critical roles
3. Role management
- Update JDs for all roles in the organization
- Review the functional competence and skillsets for the roles on periodic basis. Review the functional competency framework with L&D Specialist
4. Career Pathing
- Conduct internal and external research to provide inputs and insights to identify career path and mobility trajectory within the organization
- Collate historical career movements
