Responsibilities:
- Providing support on Talent Management process
- Leading program designing and coordination, learning consultant identification and onboarding.
- Customizing and implementing global programs in India,
- Learning needs analysis and learning calendar creation and implementation with stake holder alignment
- Identifying and implementing online learning tools/ platforms
- Ensuring all training aids are available to conduct the trainings
- Maintaining database of all external vendors & source more as per the needs
- Maintaining the training records
Experience:
- Candidates (ONLY DIVERSITY candidates) with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in L&D function, Talent Management, succession planning etc only from MANAGEMENT CONSULTING.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
