- The ideal candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in HR, with excellent time-management skills, and operational excellence
- The candidate should have one to two years of HR/Talent Management work experience
- The candidate should be able to plan and execute projects with creativity and drive
- The candidate should be able to collaborate and work with employees at all levels of the organization
- The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders
- Candidate should be proficient with MS Office, and should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
