Job Description - Talent Management :
Design & Deploy interventions to build a development culture :
- Design & deploy development methodology and tools suitable to individual and business needs and enable through technology.
- Build the understanding & usage of tools across business.
- Conduct research and stay abreast on market practices around the subject to create an ecosystem of employee and manager self-driven development.
- Promote and monitor adoption of all tools of development culture like People Development Goals, Careerability, Compass, Inspirational Leadership 360, dashboards, employee and manager triggers etc.
Career Movements :
- Drive career movement by 1-1 follow-up and scale follow-up for need based career movements of employees who are eligible.
- Build rapport with leaders to gather necessary information to be able to identify fitment of right resources for right roles.
- Drive business wise career movements, monitor Time in role, career velocity, enable policies, monitor & publish dashboards.
- Create more pull strategy on career movements via success stories, enabling ecosystem and policies.
- Build capability of the managers & businesses towards the process through guides, anecdotes etc.
- Build maturity of the process through continuous awareness, analytics, capability building, publish case studies, ongoing communication.
Projects :
- Responsible for project management of all projects led by the Leadership development team.
- Ensure process improvement in existing processes through external benchmarking
- Pro-actively identify areas which can be picked up as projects and do a milestone tracking to deliver on impact.
