Role :
- To ensure best in class Talent development practices and ensuring delivery of the same through a comprehensive integrated plan with the focus on building superior talent.
- Talent identification and development, succession planning, talent pipeline, career frameworks, coaching and development, development culture etc
- Talent roadmap delivery and measuring impact and effectiveness through agreed upon success measures- pipeline, retention, movement, ingrown talent, diversity and inclusivity
- Localise Talent programs and deliverables and decide on additional / amended delivery methods if needed (i.e. localization), where needed engage & facilitate external suppliers to deliver key Talent priorities.
- Act as the first point of contact for the key shareholder (- be the voice of Talent") - ie, local HRBP, employer, supplier, & wider global Talent team.
- Candidate should be from Top Pedigree MBA HR with 5-8 years exp in Talent Management, will be an individual contributor role and be responsible for delivery across all levels and all locations
