8. Heading special assignments entailing Change & Communication Management and HR Transformation
9. Ability to define Job and Band Grades, Span of Control etc
10. Develop framework for Competency Development, Career Planning and Career Progression.
11. Will be involved in Talent Reviews, building competency models etc
