Driving the Partner recruitment and candidate screening processes including:
o Facilitating the candidate screening process, including coordination with the stakeholders across levels, locations and LoSes
o Ensuring compliance with respect to documentation, process steps and timelines
o Facilitating interaction of the candidate with internal partners and leadership, as applicable
o Related data management and maintenance, database administration
o Regular reporting, communication and managing the information flow
o Respective SOPs and compliance aspects
- Facilitation of other relevant initiatives and support to the Operations Lead and PA Leader through:
o Engagement with internal teams (HC, Finance, Business Services etc.) on various matters
o Drafting communication and preparing reports to senior management
o Assistance in planning and executing various internal projects within Partner Affairs
o Research work
o Driving transformation and digital projects within the responsibility areas
