- Drive planning, implementation and outcomes for Functional Talent Councils
- Drive Council execution, emerging actions and top talent engagement
- Work closely with Function Learning team to drive capability agenda for talent
- Work closely with council members and HR teams to drive career movements of top talent
- Drive KYT & Mentoring & other Top Talent engagement initiatives
- Govern the usage of Leadership Scorecard with Business
- Design process, focus on process improvement of TM processes like Potential Assessment, DAC, 360 etc.
- Work on technology enablement of TM processes with internal/external vendors
- Vendor management for TM processes
