HR-Talent management and Project management
- Own the Talent Management governance processes around performance management, measurement and reporting
- Act as a point person and strategic counsel to key executives and external producers in connection with Talent management, Talent business strategy, and issue resolution - actively consulting with the VP of Global Talent Management & Operations
- Work closely with and build relationships with relevant internal (e.g., Communications, P&D, PMD, Business Affairs, etc.) and external parties (e.g., production companies, Talent representatives) to ensure a 360 degree Talent Management strategy - actively consulting with the VP of Global Talent Management & Operations
- Embrace and contribute to best practices in Talent Management and operational excellence
- Design, develop and implement innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to improve the bench strength of leadership talent
- Assess outcomes of Area/Function talent management processes
- Own and implement Talent Management Processes that enable employees and leaders to understand and use these to manage their careers and their team's careers as appropriate
- Evaluates processes, identifies and recommends opportunities for efficiencies, executes recommendations
- Facilitate, integrate and coordinate Talent Management initiatives, including project planning, resourcing, timing and communications
- Work to align L&D initiatives with the Talent Management strategy
- Project management and vendor management
