TM - Organisational Development
CHANGE MANAGEMENT / HR TRANSFORMATION / OD INTERVENTIONS :
- Coordinate for departmental processes improvisation and change management through HR Projects/Interventions
- Support in all tasks / activities for HR Digitization & Automation
TALENT MANAGEMENT :
- Coordinate in organizing HR Induction Programme & Orientation of new hires
- Prepare New Hire Feedback Report
- Process probation evaluation and confirmation process of all employees as per SLA
- Prepare & Issue probation extension notice / confirmation letter to employee
- Consolidate / Update / Complete data requirements for succession / hi potential plan
- Support in Employee Engagement Surveys to measure employee engagement and morale
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM :
- Prepare / Update / Draft Job Descriptions on regular basis
- Collate / Update / Complete data requirements for setting employees goals in accordance to KRA's and KPI's
- Operational support for conducting appraisals through HRMS
- Coordinate & Support for performance evaluation of employees against the predefined parameters and employee goals (Half yearly & Annually)
- Prepare HR Dashboard / MIS as per requirement
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT :
- Assist Team Lead in role wise competency analysis and developing / updating competency model of the organization
- Collate & prepare training needs received from Site and HO
- Research / Coordinate to empanel external trainers / training vendors as per Training Need Analysis
- Provide all supportive administrative activities to facilitate trainings (Venue, Trainers , Training Materials, IT Setup, Logistics etc.)
- Coordinate with trainers and conduct employee trainings as per the Training Calendars
- Record Training Attendance and maintain Learning / Training Hours record in digital format
- Prepare Training Feedback Report and highlight the gaps / scope of improvements

- Collate & Prepare data received for rewards and recognition as per policy and guidelines
Education & Experience:
- 5+ Years
- MBA (HR / Labour Laws)
Preferred : B.E. / B.TECH.
