- Responsible for the country Talent Development strategy, including translating the workforce plan into a Talent Build Strategy (2-5 year time horizon).
- Identifies critical success factors from a Talent Development & Capability Building perspective and formulates strategy.
- Leverage Global T&;D Offerings and Curate Local Talent Development Programs targeted at BCR Talent Pipeline
- Talent Assessment & Identification framework to identify and accelerate early talent
- Sets standards for Market Talent Practices through benchmarking/best practices
- Capability Building Framework for Leadership Development and Learning for Life Culture
- Managing third party providers to required procurement and policy standards.
- Responsible for managing business area budget for Talent Development
- Responsible for Data & Analytics for the function and monitoring talent Development Dashboard and metrices for business.
