Talent Management Lead (TML) works on the operational level and is responsible for proactively planning of fulfillment by monitoring demand (in the system and upcoming demand). He/ She works closely with stakeholders, talent management partners and enabling teams at the implementation level of the strategies. TMLs are accountable for maintaining various reports and dashboards. They are the interface between the delivery teams and enabling teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Demand- Supply management
a. Periodic connects with-:
a) COE, Pre-sales team, account/delivery teams to validate and gather demand information.
b) Account/delivery teams to validate and gather roll off information
c) CDM to plan skilling of minds based on demand
d) PF team to understand people issues
e) Talent Acquisition (TA) to review, prioritize and drive external hiring
f) Sub-contracting and Procurement team for sub contract hiring
b. Proactive planning of capacity based on opportunities in pipeline / potential attritions in collaboration with COEs
2. Fulfillment Plan
a. Create a fulfillment plan based on the demand, supply information
b. Maintain, monitor and periodic review of fulfillment plan with various stakeholders
3. Operational metrics
a. Billing efficiencies - Manage, measure, monitor and report
b. Bench aging as per policy - Manage, measure, monitor and report
c. SC governance - Manage, measure, monitor and report
d. Skill taxonomy - Work with CDM and keep it updated
e. Average Cost - Monitor, report and work with COE, DH to be within targets
f. Financial Utilization - Analyze and work with COE/DH/SL Head to take corrective actions
4. Stakeholder Management
a. Interface, interact with various stakeholders - account/delivery teams, TA (Lateral and Sub-contracting), COE- s, CDM- s, SL/Vertical Delivery heads, SL/Vertical Head, CDM, PF, OTC Support, CIS and Business Finance
b. Collaborate with various vertical and service line talent management teams
