Role :
Reporting into the Head Talent, your responsibilities will include managing the following for your clients :
- Strategizing and Leading all learning interventions for clients which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, training need analysis, learning strategies and learning academy
- Focus on consistent implementation and capability building
- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Driving the culture building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating Learning issues and solutions as appropriate
- Manage all Change Management and OD interventions pan organisation
- Adept to managing Job Evaluation exercises
As a successful candidate you should have :
- 2012 to 2018 MBA HR pass out preferably from a Tier 1/2 B-School only
- MUST HAVE experience in consulting organisations or COEs of organisations across industry
- Must have good interpersonal skills
