- The role aims to manage the Talent Management function of the organization; design programs and drive initiatives for Leadership and Management development within the organization.
- Create and implement the people, talent and Leadership development roadmaps for accelerating learning, performance and career management.
- Strategize and build leadership pipeline and identify succession planning initiatives.
- Develop strategies for vital processes of the organization with the key focus on Leadership development programs. Identify, design and recommend pioneering programs/events/activities that support these key processes.
- Engage with the businesses across the organization (HR) and collaborate with the stakeholders to put in place the designed programs and initiatives to achieve the desired goals.
- Facilitate Talent Management programs for all levels of organization and put in place a communication and marketing framework for this purpose. Vendor evaluation, selection and negotiation for contracts required for such programs.
- Significant experience of around 8 years in the Knowledge and Talent Management arena preferably in ITES organization.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building and excellent knowledge of project and management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of strategic and organizational development tools and techniques.
