Talent Management
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
- Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs.
- Responsible for development and/or delivery of training and educational programs related to skills training, communication, team building, and management development using a variety of instructional methods.
- Leads the design/ delivery of new products/ processes/ programs
- Coach – Connect with your employees to influence their thinking and actions in ways that positively contribute to the achievement of business results.
- Producing training materials for in-house courses
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;
Qualification
- MBA (Regular) with minimum experience of 8 years, ranging between 9-13 years and relevant experience in talent management activities with an organization.
