- Recruiting experiences is a core strategic driver of our missions. We are looking for recruiting marketers who have passion for building recruiting experiences using open houses and meetup based recruiting interventions.
- The ideal fit for the role will be a candidate who has had exposure to run successful recruiting programs focussed on identifying talent, attracting talent, conducting programs focussed on meetups, leveraging social to propagate and analytics on conversion.
- This role will be located in our Gurgaon or Bangalore office. The person will be responsible to demonstrate strong recruiting fundamentals with impeccable project management skills. .

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet business objectives from meetups and build a pipeline for roles ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and experience.
- You would get the opportunity to execute the hiring process end to end while engaging talent using open houses or meetups.
- You will conduct in-depth intake meetings and interactions with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education
- Use technologies to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates
- Identify the top-performing employees at talent competitors and use the right messages to reach high-quality applicants.
- Dedicatedly cold call passive candidates and articulate the brand to build a compelling story to gain candidate interest
- Program manage the event from planning, execution and branding point of view.
- Run analytics on key mertices like reach: conversion and other allied metrics around talent attraction and acquisition.
- Write whitepaper for the entire engagement and use social media to broadcast the messaging.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-4 Years + of core recruiting experience. Consulting background preferred.
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions
