Talent Development - HR
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and deploy talent development tools and framework
- Drive leadership development initiatives such as mentorship program and process implementation 360 degree implementation job rotation and other similar initiatives.
- Track the success of the implementation through metrics and measures
- Driving Reward & Recognition framework and see end to end execution of implementation, quality and process of all the rewards processes
- Estimation & appropriate utilization of training Budget.
- Champion culture for the organization, and ensure timely implementation and follow up
- Launch leadership competencies and model of the organization
- Drive workshops for all leaders and employees to educate and communicate
- Drive systematic implementation of leadership competencies
- Conceptualise and execute new system for employee development
Essential Capabilities :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in excel / ability to analyze simple data and create relevance to the business it
- Ability to build rapport with employees, Functional Heads and vendors
- Well versed with different Psychometric tools & Assessments.
Experience : 5-8 years
Education : MBA graduate
