To enable the same, the Group Talent Development team drives initiatives to address local & regional business needs thru Talent Development Business Partners. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of capability development programs of both Functional and Behavioural nature for all PageGroup employees across India with secondary responsibilities to provide similar support to Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam as well.


You will be responsible for identifying & delivering learning requirements across the region as directed by the Senior Regional Talent Development Business Partner & for building and maintaining relationships with the Leadership team in the region.

Responsibilities :

Facilitation :

- Deliver training as needed (includes online, e-learning and face-to-face training environments)

- Collaborate and support team members as needed

- Travel interstate or across India for training delivery as required (periods of travel will depend upon project delivery requirements)

- Co-facilitation of training sessions/workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs)

- Undertake follow-ups as required from course classes such as report card creation and feedback to line managers on all trained employee's performance

- Train, coach and mentor other members of the Regional Talent Development facilitation team by providing feedback, Train the Trainer and shadowing support

- Reduce participant skill gaps

- Meet productivity and availability metrics

Instructional Design :

- Conduct a needs analysis

- Lead and develop creative learning solutions that improve performance, Talent Management and retention within the organisation

- Develop training courses and content for delivery to the business as required. This may include, but is not limited to Facilitator Guides, Participant Packs/handouts, Slide Presentations and Online Guides

- Create training flashes and technical documents to support learning

- Audit external courses to assess suitability and relevance for the organisation and report findings to Talent Development Manager and Regional Head of Talent Management

- Lead strategic projects focused on supporting the broader HR/TD strategy, this will include developing existing offering to building new programs and capability to drive greater value add to the business

Stakeholder Management :

- Proactively promotes training and learning opportunities

- Serve as an internal Consultant and collaborate with Managers and Supervisors to recommend learning experiences to employees of all levels and organize programs to address these needs

- Identify available Talent Management opportunities, provides guidance to departments and individual employees in meeting their learning/professional development needs

- Collect, organize and analyse data to identify the development needs of employees and reports findings to Talent Development Manager and Regional Head of Talent Development

- Provide individual coaching to employees on an as-needs basis

Skills and Experience :

Essential :

- 7+ years pf proven track record of success in training delivery of soft skill and technical courses

- Use of Microsoft Teams or other web-conferencing tools

- Senior Stakeholder management experience

- Supports all Talent Development and wider business initiatives with all actions and decisions

- Coaching and mentoring skills

- Intermediate computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio

Desirable :

- Adult Learning or Talent Management degree, Diploma or Certificate 4

- Exposure to multi-geography & multi cultural TD operations

- Diverse sales, consultancy or recruitment experience

- Use of LMS systems and other remote e-learning applications
