Reporting to the Partner your roles & Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Leading the Delivery of projects in the Talent Consulting Domain across Organisation Structuring, Job evaluation, manpower planning, talent assessment & talent development
- Driving end to end project delivery for the client
- Driving the M&A Consulting right from conducting Due Diligence to HR Planning, and post deal HR integrations
- Responsible for Business Development, proactive solution selling
- Understanding requirement from the client, present the solutions and establishing relationship as a trusted advisor & partner
- Being a leader and driving participation across projects
