This position will be instrumental in framing recruitment marketing strategy across businesses and will demand Collaborating with Talent Acquisition teams to develop and implement integrated recruitment marketing programs.
Building EVP, Pitch and story for company and successful application & amplification across channels.
Development of social media as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool by partnering with business to drive engagement strategies and metrics.
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment targets by devising recruitment marketing campaigns online and offline.
Managing online reputation of the Organization.
Employer brand research, metrics and tracking.
Strong understanding of company brand, Employer Brand and Talent Brand and drive its impact on business.
Integration of all marketing channels for brand development: web-site traffic growth, collateral development, campus events and social media marketing.
Development and ongoing management of recruitment marketing programs, marketing strategy, Brand management, Digital /social media marketing, Employer branding, corporate identity and transformation, market research, advertising, Communications, Events and program management.
Broad overall business acumen and knowledge of business
Understanding and skills in strategic marketing and communications, including digital marketing and the ability to apply that in Talent Branding.
Ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning
Experience of digital and social channels to reach a desired audience
Deep understanding of audience segment in Talent market
Strong consumer marketing and promotions experience
Data and analytical orientation to develop meaningful metrics
Strong project management skills
Thrive on working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment and ability to think in abstract and deliver in ambiguity.
Passion for the world of Talent Branding
Masters degree in Marketing, communications or HR from a good institute.
