Education :

UG / PG from any deemed university.

Job Description:

1. Finding talented techies working with leading Product / Ecommerce organizations specializing in (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, QA, Mobile etc), inviting them to be a part of BigShyft Talent pool;

2. Understanding their interest/requirement for their next career move;

3. Pitching relevant companies and jobs, seek their consent to further process their candidature with the organizations of their interest;

4. Circle back the feedback with the candidate once done with interviewing process of the prospective organizations

Candidates profile :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills if you are fresher

- The ones with experience, apart from amazing communication skills, you need to have prior expertise in hiring for core Tech roles like Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data science, Design, product etc.
