As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Engage and Recruit top technical talent to help us grow and continue being a technology leader.
- Create effective sourcing strategies with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, and driving the interview process.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
Minimum qualifications:
- Human Resources degree or equivalent practical experience.
- We are looking for mid level IT recruitment enthusiasts with IT recruitment and/or resourcing experience in an agency and/or IT consultancy.
- Previous experience recruiting for modern technical roles(in Cloud, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or DevOps) highly desirable!
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of recruiting experience in a technical recruitment role.
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and enhance candidate relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships in technical communities.
