Talent Acquisition - Technology/BFSI

Company Profile:

A US based MNC bank Captive having operations in Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad in India.

Candidate expectations:
- Proven technology recruiter with a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with MNC tech cos

- Strong banking tech flavor, preferably treasury & securities services – last 4/5 years with a bank’s tech captive – can quickly identify target cos & candidates from peer group cos

- Demonstrable ability of multi layer hiring of at least 400 during 2011 with consummate negotiation skills

- Comfortable working in an IC with maximum 3-4 juniors.

- Ability to face off with extremely accomplished business heads who are industry leaders in BFS tech

- Prior experience of interacting with on shore stakeholders at the senior executive level – typically MDs & CIOs – calls for superlative comm. skills

- Previous experience of partnering with high quality executive search firms who are BFS specialists
