- Looking for looking for a Talent Acquisition leaders to design and implement recruiting - strategies for our company.
- Should have either managed a mid size TA team and knows end to end TA strategy and processes Or comes from a consulting background where in has led and implemented TA projects for over 4-5 yrs
- This role would not be involved in hiring activities but involved more in transition, change, communication, group project etc.
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
