Job Description: You will be responsible for sourcing top talent for one of the India's fastest growing start-ups. We are looking for energetic and committed individuals to be the lead of our Talent Acquisition Team.

- This role will be responsible for direct sourcing and hiring critical positions across verticals. You will liaise closely with our tech, content and marketing team to understand their needs and support them in their efforts to source the best candidates in the market.

- MBA in Human Resource Management (preferred)

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience

- Ideally a mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience

- Strong understanding of hiring any of the following skills- Tech/ Product/ Mobile Apps/ Design/ Content

- Can manage the end to end process of recruitment

- Can manage the job boards on his own if required.

- Can manage/make the internal HR policies

- Strong networking skills in the digital space.
