We are looking for young dynamic Talent Acquisition person - who would have

- 4-8 years of experience in a technical recruiting role in an in-house or agency setting

- Experience in Campus, Lateral and Leadership Hiring

- A degree from a premier college

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- The ability to work cohesively with other departments and navigate ambiguous situations

- The ability to build relationships, trust, and mutual respect with all stakeholders

- Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivation, flexibility with the ability to re-prioritize at any moment, a preference for finding the best solutions (not necessarily the easiest) to problems of all sizes

Brief Job Profile

1. Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and drafting job descriptions that attract the right talent pool

2. Sourcing candidates through traditional and unique channels

3. Managing relationships with and submissions from third-party recruiters, Screening and evaluating resumes

4. Liaising with candidates, third-party recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to schedule phone and on-site interviews

5. Updating and tracking candidate details and interview feedback using our Applicant Tracking System

6. Coordinating pre-employment screening, including candidate reference checks

7. Drafting offer letters and employment contracts

8. Supporting a seamless and informative on-boarding experience for new hires

9. Assisting with ad hoc HR projects as necessary.
