Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Hiring Specialist to lead and execute our technical recruitment efforts, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in technology and engineering fields. The role requires a strong understanding of tech roles, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices to support our fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from job posting and sourcing through to interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.

- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, networking events) to proactively identify and engage passive candidates with specialized technical skills.

- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure a good technical and cultural fit, coordinating technical assessments with the engineering team as needed.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, managing communication and feedback through each recruitment stage.

- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring timelines and candidate profiles.

- Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive offers and effective strategies.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Support company DEI goals by implementing inclusive hiring practices and sourcing diverse talent pools for technology roles.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A technical background or technical recruiting certification (e.g., Tech Recruiter Certification) is a plus.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a tech company or agency setting.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of various technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps) and related skills.

- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and adapt to evolving hiring needs.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and maintain accurate candidate records.
