Talent Acquisition Specialist - Real Estate
Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create compelling job descriptions aligned with our company's strategic goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve candidate quality.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of different sourcing methods and continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
Operational Excellence:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from hiring managers, and making hiring recommendations.
- Proactively engage with shortlisted candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate successful onboarding of new hires to ensure their smooth integration into the company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and screen qualified candidates using various sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a focus on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR software tools.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies for recruitment improvement.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on building a high-performing talent pipeline in alignment with business goals
