Talent Acquisition Specialist - R&D
Location : Bangalore
Education & Experience : MBA/ Engineering Graduate
- Should have the working knowledge of HR Branding to attract the right talent.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment recruiting engineering/technical professionals on a national basis & global basis
- Creative sourcing and networking experience required.
- The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required
- Must be detail oriented, have strong project management skills, and be able to coordinate many record keeping activities at once
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of the team
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to successfully tackle complex human resources
Role & Responsibilities :
- Coordinates with HR Business Partner to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting programs, ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning.
- Understand and improve our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality measures, volume in pipelines, and closure attainment along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidates.
- Generates a pipeline of appropriate resumes/candidates, profile/pre-qualify, interview and follow-up with hiring manager on potential fit of those candidates who meet the job requirements and preferences.
- Generates leads via social media, job board, research lists, referrals, job fairs and databases.
- Manage the content of the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) for assigned regions, including applicant flow, EEO data, etc.
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their industry to assist in finding top talent.
- Provides consultation on recruiting best practices.
- Other duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager, India/Management.
