Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Responsible for the entire Recruitment life cycle from sourcing to on-boarding including vendor management for the RMD, Editorial and Brand Capital function across the Western region.
- Facilitating necessary approvals for hiring.
- Preparing Job Descriptions for various positions in the department, shortlisting and finalizing suitable candidates.
- Maintaining and updating position description for all positions in the function. Regular follow up with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring status.
- Keeping Functional Director / Managers abreast about the hiring status.
- Deciding on the salary fitments in line with company norms.
- Discussing and negotiating salary propositions with selected candidates.
- Will be Managing the Campus process for one of the leading brands of BCCL.
- Will be Processing the Referral Payouts.
- Managing Pre & Post Joining Formalities of candidates for all recruiters.
- Co-ordinating with candidates for salary support and background verification document
- Scheduling interviews and pre offer medical tests
- Generating & Issuing Offer Letters
On boarding & Induction Programme
- Facilitate HR operations in adherence to agreed SOPs. Complete On-Boarding exercise for new joiners, with proper joining formalities & documentation.
- Initiate hiring action in SAP HR and generate Employee ID, Appointment letter, Official Email ID.
- Conducting and Co-ordinating HR Induction Programme.
Data Management and Documentation
- Maintaining HRIS through HR on Track System.
- Creating & Updating Service files from DOJ.
- Maintaining Supplementary data on SAP.
- Maintaining MIS for new joiners.
Vendor Management
- Processing Vendor Invoices.
