This candidate will assist the Founders and will closely work with them to lead the TA function for a start Up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advising and assisting Founders with strategic hiring.
- Recruitment; own the recruitment strategy deliver hires, setting best in class standards around talent acquisition.
- Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
- Deliver robust talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent development, succession planning, career management and performance management.
- Help shape and influence employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity.

- Start-up/entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of comfort with ambiguity. Need to be a curious, internally motivated self-starter.
- A knack for identifying, connecting with and nurturing talent.
- Efficient and well-organized.
- Outstanding senior management communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Ability to think through issues and come up with solutions in a fast frugal manner
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and empathy
Education: At least a Bachelor's degree
