Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Leading VC Firm based out of Bangalore and the reporting will be to the Head of Talent.
Responsibilities :
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Non-Tech roles, from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance.
- Leverage multiple recruitment channels to attract and engage with potential candidates.
- Utilize a structured approach to candidate assessments, including but not limited to, behavioural interviews, reference checks, and assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand the hiring needs and to provide regular updates on the recruitment status.
Qualifications :
- MBA degree with 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on non-tech hiring.
- Experience working in a leading executive search firm is mandatory.
- Experience with search firms specializing in startup hiring is preferred.
- Maturity to work with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
